Delivery Terms
Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days inside major cities and 3–6 business days in other districts across Bangladesh. Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, promotional campaigns, or due to unforeseen logistical delays.
Customers are requested to ensure that the provided name, phone number, and delivery address are accurate. Our delivery partner may contact you before dispatch or upon arrival. If the customer is unreachable after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled automatically.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. For bKash or Nagad payments, orders are processed only after successful transaction verification.
